Mal-Chin struggles with small town life and adjusting to life in a different country. He is left alone to stew in his emotions over the potential loss of his career. Mal-Chin is just looking for a distraction when he meets Sophie Gregory and finds much more than he wanted. Sophie Gregory has given up on any type of love after a string of bad relationships and a family that shows little love. Sophie plans for a solitary life. However, after meeting Mal-Chin, she is unable to deny her growing feelings. Suddenly, her life of solitude is no longer good enough.
