Towards uniformity

This book contains the updated papers of the 2nd Annual MAA Peter Schlechtriem CISG Conference which was held in March 2010. The contributions cover a variety of topics, ranging from empirical research relating to the UN Convention on the Sales of Goods (CISG) to issues of uniformity.
