The Littlest Puffling

Alice and her family are camping in Yorkshire when she discovers a puffling huddled by a rock. It cannot fly yet and seems scared and alone, but local volunteers have warned that it's dangerous for puffins to interact with humans. Is there any way that Alice can help it return to the sea?
