The Last Clue

Redd is transitioning out of his job as sheriff into a new role. He's just taken on a special case for the FBI when four men are killed at a county fair at the same time that three well-behaved high school girls go missing. Abundant and unusual clues have been left behind, but will they help to solve the crime or just lead to confusion and dead ends?
