Storm Surge

Emmi, Jay and Ryker are rock-climbing in the mountains when a storm hits, ruining their field trip. As they descend Seaside Peak, Hazmat radios from base, delivering some bad news -- national security is at risk! A Navy submarine is unable to upload top-secret data because the storm has knocked down the antenna on Seaside Peak.
