PRODUCT LIABILITY

The first research project of the World Tort Law Society studies the topic of ¿Product Liability¿, an ideal subject matter for the Society¿s endeavours: despite its important practical role, there had been no book-length comparative legal study of global scope yet. This book fills the gap, provides a large-scale study on fundamental questions, compares differences, but also highlights concepts common to product liability law all over the world.
