Mum's Kitchen

This book was compiled for my daughters, Shreya and Priya, to be able to eat familiar, home cooked food when they were away from home. These recipes are also for my cousins, nieces and nephews scattered all over the world. These tried and tested recipes were collected over the years from friends and family, and were often made in our home. Hence, I take no credit for any "authentic" recipe. Have fun!
