Erwin Hogeling (born 1974, Zwolle, Netherlands) is a Dutch creator, who began drawing and painting from an early age, along with his interest in music. Although he initially wanted to become an architect, he eventually pursued a career as a surveyor. Here, he mastered the techniques of cartography, skills he applied professionally as a designer and personally at home to map his own worlds. After years of working outside, he grew into a civil engineer. His creative mind did not stop, though. He has an interest in linguistics, is particularly intrigued by the languages and the history of the Celts, a civilization he believes deserves more attention. He still enjoys music, plays several instruments, and writes songs. He is a guitarist and uses his Celtic knowledge in his music, which he performs under the name Arbhin.
