Donatus Thöne (1961) is married with three daughters. He studied Law and Clinical Pedagogy, and at the Anna Freud Institute. He worked for Philips, Berenschot and was a partner at Krauthammer. In 2000 Donatus started his own company and since then works in various partnerships. He coaches individuals and teams, has an EMCC accredited Coach the Coach training and gives leadership trainings in Europe, America, Africa and Asia. He has taught at the SIOO and TIAS. His latest book Coaching Recipes for Managers is also available in English. He is an avid swimmer. Jan de Vuijst (1954) is a management consultant, executive coach and professor of leadership at TIAS, the business school of Tilburg University. He graduated cum laude and received his PhD in Linguistics from the University of Groningen. At the University of Edinburgh he specialized in Psychology and Knowledge Systems. His topics include leadership, behavioral sciences and group dynamics. His publications include Professioneel adviseren - begrip, empathie, beïnvloeden (2015), Leiderschap met vallen en opstaan (2017) and De kracht van confrontatie. Conflict en weerstand op de werkvloer (2020). Jan loves modern art, old stories, classical music and sea sailing. He lives with his wife in The Hague, virtually by the sea, and close to children and grandchildren. Stance Rijpma (1965) is a coach, writer and editor. She studied Cultural History at Utrecht University and worked for 15 years for museums and cultural institutions. In 2010 she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychosynthesis at the Institute for Psychosynthesis in Hilversum. Until 2019 she taught and worked as PR & Communication Officer at the Institute. In her practice, Stance counsels people struggling with existential crises related to meaning and personal development. She contributed to many catalogs, books, articles and newsletters as a writer and editor. She has two children and enjoys singing and scuba diving. www.stancerijpma.nl Eric J. Coolen (1965). Draughtsman and designer/maker of books, sculptures, facade stones, stained glass windows and whatnot. Co-founder of: the Ampzing Genootschap, Literair Haarlem and Nieuwe Gracht Producties.
