»Integration and Consistency in EU Marine Environmental Protection and Fisheries Law« The EU Marine Strategy Framework Directive and the Common Fisheries Policy Regulation govern protection and use of the European oceans and seas but show critical divergences concerning marine environmental protection at the same time. The author analyses whether the primary principles of integration (Art. 11 TFEU) and consistency (Art. 7 TFEU) - generally and specifically - ask for a more synchronised and coordinated legal design of legal acts governing the same subject matter.
