What is the difference between a Religion and a political organization?The difference is a religion is free choice. You can join or leave thereligion; it is your choice. A political organization is not a free choice.The organization can force or coerce you to join as a matter of yoursurvival. If you try to leave a political organization, it has the forceof law. Depending on the organization, it may try to kill you.
