you write it down. and then you let it all go. Letting go was the premise of this book. Turns out, I treated this book as an ending when it was only the beginning of something bigger than myself. Bigger than for me to put it into words, but at least I tried my best to do exactly that. Grab a pumpkin mug filled with coffee with a maroon coloured lipstickstain on it and enjoy this book over and over again on a crisp fall morning, because i will be doing exactly that.
