Fast Dissolving Tablets of An Anti-Gout Drug

The idea of formulating Fast Dissolving Tablets is to provide an acceptable and practical approach for the objectives of faster disintegrating and dissolution characteristics.In the current work Fast Dissolving Tablets of Febuxostat were prepared by sublimation technique after preparing solid dispersion of drug for high solubility in ratio . All the Fast Dissolving Tablets of Anti-gout were subjected to thickness, diameter, hardness, friability, weight variation, disintegration time, wetting time and drug content uniformity.
