The clock is ticking as FBI Agent Marsha O'Shea tries to thwart a mass murderer before he kills again. On 9/11 every year, he makes grisly deaths appear accidental or suicidal. His target: Muslim women. The largest concentration of Arab Americans make their homes in the motor city and since that fateful day, many have incurred the wrathful eye of three-letter agencies charge with protecting all citizens from domestic terror. Can Marsha and her trusty sidekick Ramit uncover the few clues left by this crafty killer, despite the blatant interference from those in Homeland Security?
