Love, Power, Money, Drugs! Human lures and obsessions in all their user-friendly forms are zooming towards St. Frewin's Island, somewhere off the coast of Maine. Public Safety Officer Jane Roberts, a newly appointed "Secret Agent," scrambles to tackle these beasts with good old island panache-possibly illegal, reliably outrageous!
