Covid-19. Cultural Studies – Research and Essays

In late 2019, the Corona virus caused a worldwide outbreak of the infections disease COVID-19. Lockdowns, quarantine and mandatory masks were only some of the drastic consequences on the everyday life of societies. The essays in this volume examine various aspects of the pandemic and its aftermath from the perspective of the cultural studies. Der Herausgeber Univ.-Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ludwig Tavernier taught Art History and its Communication at the University of Koblenz (Germany), and is an elected member of the European Academy of Sciences and Arts in Salzburg (Austria).
