Eva Schulev-Steindl is Professor of Public and Commercial Law and Vice-Dean at the Faculty of Law at the University of Graz (Austria). She is the Founding Director of the research center for climate law ClimLaw: Graz. Oliver C. Ruppel is Professor of Public and International Law at the Faculty of Law at Stellenbosch University (South Africa) and Director of its Development and Rule of Law Programme. He is also the Co-Director of ClimLaw: Graz. Ferdinand Kerschner is retired Professor at the Johannes Kepler University Linz, Vice President of the Forum Science and Environment and Visiting Professor at Charles University Prague (Czech Republic).
