Dr. Richard N. Drake (1945-2011) had a new vision for what a school of theology should be and founded Primus University of Theology International in Phoenix, Arizona. The school is a contemporary adaptation of the Classic Ecclesiastical University System and has helped many build the Kingdom of God this country and the world.
