An Africa Ago: travel memoir about experiences and insights of life in Africa, deriving mainly from life as young man in Burundi and South Africa during the 1960s and 1970s. Analyses the apartheid era in Cape Town, and contrasts life during peaceful times in rural Burundi with the later massacre of Hutus by the ruling minority Tutsis.
