Through a method informed by narrative and rhetoric theory this book was conceived, written, and composed within a week. The genre, narrative, and topics arrived through a stream-of-consciousness process, which sought to extend the text as by its own conception, thus the resultant work is a labor of love in allowing the meaning to speak for itself.
